No returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Payment is due at time of order. Turnaround time is currently 2-4 weeks after payment is received (based on availability of product). Product orders are placed on the 1st and 15th of every month. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional charge. Please email Kccreations2021@gmail.com if rush order if requested, and a separate invoice will be sent. By purchasing any product from KC Creations, customer agrees to photo rights release. KC Creations has exclusive rights to post, share, and upload photos of all completed items to any social media or online platform. By ordering any product from KC Creations, customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, defect, or any other cause of action. Customer agrees that use and purchase of any product from KC Creations is entirely at customer's own risk. Customer specifically acknowledges the company is not liable and the risk of injury rests entirely on the customer. Neither the company, nor any of its agents shall be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the products. Customer acknowledges that this section shall apply to all content of the product. KC Creations will not be responsible or liable for any injuries that may incur from its products.
