Shipping policy

  • All products will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Turnaround time is currently 2-4 weeks.
  • Shipping rates are based on the order subtotal as well as the total weight of the package and any additional handling fees. These rates are based off of the USPS current rates.
  • USPS Priority is available at an additional charge. Please email Kccreations2021@gmail.com to request a shipping upgrade.
  • KC Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged, please contact your local post office for more information.
  • Please make sure your address is correct on our website to avoid shipping delays.

  • KC Creations does not ship outside of the United States.
